I went in at 2:40 this afternoon to order take out...not delivery and was told I could not place a pick up order till after 4pm....guess they lost my business. What a joke, restaurant open and serving patrons but no take out...i can understand no delivery before 4 but why can't I order in the restaurant for take out. Makes no sense to me.

Terrible service. The put spoon and fork scarttered to bare table. And when we are asking to get the spoons and forks replace. The server insisted in an angry manner saying that it was clean even though they put it to the table without any sort of protection. Everying is dirty as well

The guy who took our take out order was so rude. Orders BBQ Chicken on rice and it was as boring no BBQ, Flattened and Fried on plain rice with chopped lettuce. No cutlery which we asked and he replied yes. No cookies. The WonTon Soup was a container of broth, with chopped lettuce. Wontons and rice noodles stuck together in a different container. NEVER GOING BACK NOT RECOMMENDED>

We ate here today and once we entered the store, nobody greeted us. Both waitress just stared at us as we find ourselves a place. We werenwaiting for them to approach us and take our order but they were so busy clearing up plates from tables. Arent the customers always first? And what was even more infuriating is that the waitress took another customers' orders first before ours even though we came in first. Have you heard of first come first serve? So i was really trying to lengthen my patience. And so the waitress finally approached us and asked us in a very rude manner. She was looking down at us like we dont matter at all. Maybe because we are just teenagers? So she asked us for our orders butnshe didnt even wrote them down so when we got out orders, mine was totally wrong. I didnt have the time to let her change it since the food came in very late. Like we waited 45 fucking minutes for our order to come and whats worse is other people's orders, those who just came in, got their orders first before we did. I hate everything about this place. Very very bad service especially that waitress who looked down on us and rudely answered my polite question. The food is not that good and they do false advertising. We ordered a spicy tiger prawn but what we got are small shrimps. Shrimps and prawns are two different things stupid. So we are very disappointed when we received our orders. I will never eat here again even if its the last fcking restaurant in the world. And im not even exaggerating. Please fix that.

The food is good, the waitresses are great....the guy behind the counter taking the money, has a personality of a slug. Actually he has no personality whatsoever. If he is the owner of the restaurant then he should be at least smiling at his customers and making them feel welcome and thanking them for their business. If he isn't, maybe they should consider getting a different host. Also, your prices on the internet are not the same as what they charge in the restaurant. It's more expensive. It maybe time to update the website pricing.

I choose not to eat out in Red Deer because often the quality of food does not match the high price and the service I find to be the same.
Thank God for Noodle House! I was referred by a friend and now I refer everyone I Know. Please keep up the Great food quality. Noodle House is a GEM in this Town.

I just had the special chow mein takeout. Some noodles were not cooked at all and some were burnt black. The flavour of burnt noodles was present in the whole meal. Very little flavour on its own so I needed the soy sauce. The young lady that took my order was very nice. The gentleman who took my payment could use a personality.

The soup was great i will visit the noodlehouse again the rare beef and meat ball soup was great i highly recommend this the best cure for a hang over and the service was also great thanks Calvin (B.C)

Not only did i find the food here greasy and bland, but my husband and I got sick from the food!!!! It was the only meal we shared that day and we were both sick. When I called to inquire/let them know, I kept getting the "managers not in" ot "they just stepped out". There are so many good Vietnamese and Chinese places in Red Deer. Go elsewhere!!!

My food was sent back because my pork was sweaty, old and probably rotten, they STILL MADE ME PAY!! they just looked at me with a " your opinion means nothing" look. I am spreading the word telling you not to waste your money on their awful food, because even if it's absolutely disgusting you will be paying because they have ZERO care for what you think.

K so I have a word limit...
Long story short, the food was bland. My beef had the texture and color of spam. Her chicken was rubbery and gelatinous. How I don't know. Please save your time and cash and eat elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I got some takeout from here last night. This was one of our fav places to get takeout and watch embarrassing chick tv.
Well holy smokes is this place ever gross now. Since the fall there's been a steady decline in quality. Aside from the terrible phones skills of the guy taking my order the order was missing a key specified item.
Then we had a bonus hair on our takeout package. So really my gf was right. Appetite lost, don't eat.
